How to setup a multiple day meeting with different times.

I need to setup a meeting with several co-workers. Will be a three days
workshop, however in each day it will have a different schedule. Day one
from 9 to 15 hrs, two from 7 to 17 hrs and third from 9 to 12 hrs. It is
possible to setup one meeting and specify this schedule, or do I need to
setup three diffreent meetings?
