SBSoft not removed

Hello everyone,

Microsoft AntiSpyware keeps on detecting and removing
SBSoft Browser Modifier. However, right after it's
removed, the spyware/virus either comes right back or
hasn't been properly removed. My system restore is
already off, and I've rebooted right after removing it.
Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!

Try running a full system scan in safe mode, Scan Page > Scan Options > Full
System Scan.
