Saving Web Page in html format

Hi.
Question is that i'm saving web page by choosing "File" "Save As" and save
in *.htm format. After that i can see on my hard drive saved files. There are
main .htm file and folder which contains graphic and web page files.
Now, if i delete folder, this .htm file also is deleted.
My question is it possible to do some registry changes or some windows
configuration this way, that if i delete this folder, main .htm file will
stay?
Somehow it was possible, but unfortunately i don't remember how it were...
Does anybody has some ideas?

Thanks for help!

Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View > Managing pairs of Web pages and
folders > Show both parts and manage them individually > tick > OK.
