Saving a web page

Something has happened and I can't back out of it! Used
to be able to view a web page, go to "Save As", then
enter a file name and click save. Then go to where I
saved the web page in Windows explorer and the page would
be saved with a folder icon and the name I gave it, I'd
just click on the folder and up would pop the web page I
had saved. Now when I do the same thing to save a web
page in WinExplorer there is still a folder but it
contains all the details of the web page (gif, jpeg, txt
files and whatever) and the HTML tag for the site is now
outside of the folder totally apart from the the rest.
I've tried changing the "Save as type" but I can't get
the original folder I had last week with no details of
the page, I can get just the HTML link (which does work)
but I'd like the folder back.

Any ideas??...Thanks, Tom

Thanks for the response but that's not my problem,,,it's
something to do with the folder settings, or the way the
page is saved. It does the same in IE6, or Netscape
browsers, so I know it's not the browser itself! I'll
keep clickin' around, I love a challenge!
