Saving Photos as .BMP Only! HELP!

When right-clicking on a photo on a web site, I can only
save as a bitmap (.bmp) and sometimes as an ART (.art)
file. I have used knowledge base article #'s 260650 and
810978 and still I cannot save as .jpeg's. HELP!

That happens when the Temporary Internet Files are too full. In IE click
Tools | Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet
files section of the General tab. On the nest window place a check mark in
the box to Delete all offline content.
