Hi Helen,

A common problem. Go to the Control Panel/Internet Options/General tab, and
click the button to "delete files" under the Temporary Internet Files.
Clearing this cache should resolve the problem.

Clear DayI've never had a problem saving graphic in their jpeg or gif form.
Now everything I try to save when I go to Save as is a bmp attachment. What
happened, and how can I fix it.

Thanks for your help..

Hi Helen

Try clearing out the TIF folder. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options and click on 'Delete Files...' and also 'Delete all offline content'. Then try saving the files again.

Would it help if I increased the amount of space allotted to temp files so
it wouldn't happen again? I don't have that much space allotted.

Hi Helen,

No, the same problem would still occur.
