"save target as" problem

my right-click option, "save target as" no longer is able
to work. so i can't download things that i normally was
able to. i have no idea what happened, one day it just
did not work anymore. if you have any idea why this has
happened or how i can fix it, please email me. thank you.

The option may be unavailable if you have enabled Content advisor. Turn it
off.
