Save Picture As - bmp instead of jpg - IE

If you do Save Picture As and it tries to save as a bmp instead of a
jpg, it means you should delete your Temp Internet Files folder.

However, on the page below, it always does this on the picture of her
in the pink dress and not on the other pics. Why??

Chances are whoever uploaded the photo, uploaded it in bmp format.
