On certain web pages I get a message

A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 1
Error: Invalid character


Any ideas on how to fix this? It happens all the time.

I have a problem with a runtime error on Internet Explorer

and the solution listed is for windows 98!
"Abnormal program termintation" and it started today!
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
