Runtime error 203

Good day,

Whenever I tried to download Windows 2000 service pack 4
to upgrade my operating system I always get this message "
runtime error 203 @ 00010DA1" and it stops the system from
downloading the file and patches from the site. This is
becoming annoying,I need your help on this one.
P.S.
I ran some anti spy ware softwares thinking this might help
but it did not solve the problem. Thanks a lot.....
