Running Custom Removal Script

I just downloaded MSAS. It found stuff on my computer that Spysweeper &
Norton did not find, but when I try to remove & quarantine everything I get
the window "RUNNING CUSTOM REMOVAL SCRIPT" & the program stops responding.
Can anyone help me out?
