I keep getting the same rundll error saying

An exception occurred while trying to run
C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download

Can anybody help or tell me why and what to do. Thanks

BTIEIN.DLL is part of Hotbar which is considered spyware

You can remove it with spybot http://beam.to/spybotsd
