When your machine starts it is looking for 084c0xog.dll because there is a
start reference in the registry. Deleting whatever start reference will get
rid of the rundll32 error message.

Search your registry for any reference to 084c0xog.dll and delete the
reference(s). Deleting any other reference to 084c0xog.dll sure won't hurt
anything.

Back up your registry first!!!

Open the Registry Editor...
Start | Run | Type: regedit | Click OK |
Hit your F3 key | Paste this in the box:

084c0xog.dll

Click the Find Next button.

Delete every reference to 084c0xog.dll that you find.

Keep hitting F3 until you see the Finished searching through the registry
message.

The reference that starts 084c0xog.dll is probably
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
but there are other places in the registry that 084c0xog.dll could start
from.
