I don't have Vista; I'm using XP Home [read my note], so I don't have any
idea what your words mean.
What is SFC?

SFC will probably take care of that.

The command from start/run would be:

sfc /scannow

It should repair damaged system files.

You need to do a search of your system for the file drnecaum.dll and see
what application is trying to use it as it is not a windows system file. If
that fails turn off all startup items and see if that gets rid of it. If so
you need to trace down which program is using it.

It isn't a valid system file so sfc won't find anything as it compares only
system files to their validity.

You might want to update and run whatever antivirus program is installed on your
system. For further advice on removing malware, take a look at this web site.
