run screensaver when logged-off issue

Is it possible to have a screensaver run when there are no user's logged on
to a PC? How?

Far as I have observed it uses the timeout and SS of the last person to
have logged on.

Hello Greg,

You may naivgate to the following key in the registry (Start/Run REGEDIT)

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

and on the right pane look for the string named "SCRNSAVE.EXE". Double click this string and type in
the full path to the screensaver of your choice. To modify the screensaver timeout, double click the
string value named "ScreenSaveTimeOut" and type in the number of seconds after which you would like
the screensaver to kick in.

Is there a way to get the same result using Group Policy?
I have many users that I need to configure.
