You may naivgate to the following key in the registry (Start/Run REGEDIT)
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
and on the right pane look for the string named "SCRNSAVE.EXE". Double click this string and type in
the full path to the screensaver of your choice. To modify the screensaver timeout, double click the
string value named "ScreenSaveTimeOut" and type in the number of seconds after which you would like
the screensaver to kick in.
Under group policy editor, navigate to User configuration>Administrative templates>Control
panel>Display and there would be two policies named "Screensaver executable name" and "Screensaver
timeout". This is probably what you are looking for.
