Windows XP Screensaver

My company has created a screensaver with corporate logos to be displayed on
everyone's computers. This works great when people are logged in but as soon
as they log out the default XP screensaver takes over. How can I get our
screensaver to be displayed when no user is logged in? Thanks in advance for
your comments.

I did everything it said to do but it's not populating a list from my
System32 folder. It doesn't give me any options in the drop down list. What
if I just rename my screensaver as logon.scr and erase the original . . .
..would that work or just make my life harder? Thanks
