Run DLL error

When attempting to access websites, I am getting the
following error:
RUNDLL:
"Exception when trying to download: C:\windows\system32
\btiein.dll,Download"

This is generally caused by a browser helper (such as the Google toolbar).
Not all of them too well though...

From Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, look for entries such as Huntbar,
'MSIETS', 'Internet 404', 'Tools for Internet Explorer', 'Search Toolbar'
etc.

Also, if you didn't install this in the first place, you can use an app like
Spybot to scan for and remove unwanted software.
