Error: RUNDLL exception

I receive the following error message whenever I access
any webpage using IE6.0:

RUNDLL

An exception occurred while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download"

I have to select "OK" each time before the next screen
loads. Any sugggestions as to how this can be corrected?
