Whenever i start IE the message pops up saying

An exception occurred while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download"

Yes it belongs to the Huntbar toolbar.
Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ to download the freeware version of
Adaware. Make sure you also download the latest parasite definitions before
running it.

You can also disable all of your third party toolbars for IE by selecting
the 'Disable 3rd party Browser Helpers' setting on the Advanced tab on the
Internet Options control panel.

"Deregister" the DLL file:
Open a DOS command prompt window: Start > Programs >Accessories.
For HuntBar/BTIn, enter:
cd "%WinDir%\System" <hit enter>
regsvr32 /u btiein.dll <hit enter>

Please read the remaining instructions for manual cleanup.

If the problem persists, download and run SpyBot Search & Destroy.
