Run box and Shut down buttons missing....

I booted up my PC today to find out I am now missing the Run command when
I hit the start button and also only now have a log off button which when I
hit it gives me a switch user or log off option. I do not have a shut down or
a restart button like I did before.


How do I fix this issue? What happened?

Ok I tried this but it say this error when I run the file: Registry editing
has been disabled by your administrator.


I have not done this so not sure why it is saying this to me now. How do I
fix this issue please?

Malware, such as spyware or Trojan activity will cause this. Here's a
