Run applications as services in XP Pro

I'm trying to run applications on an XP Pro workstation on a small office
network. I have been able to accomplish this with Windows2000 but not XP
Pro. There was a setting in registry that you could run aps as services but
I can't find this in XP. I have tried locating info on this in the XP
resource kit but, no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Look for.....

Instsrv.exe: Service Installer
Srvany.exe: Applications as Services Utility

Use the ones from the 2003 server resource kit
