Computer Configuration: Windows XP Home with SP2

When I right click on the START button or on a DIRECTORY ICON on the desktop
or in explorer I get a two error messages and the computer locks up showing
an egg timer symbol when the cursor is placed over the task bar.

Error Message 1. [ Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. Sorry for inconvenience]

Error Message 2. When Error message 1 is closed the following Error
message appears. [ Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem
and needs to close]

When error message 2 is closed the computer remains is a loop with the "Egg
Timer Icon" appearing when the cursor is placed over the task bar.

I can break out of this by bringing up Task Manager and closing all
incidences of the process "drwtsn.exe"

The problem only occurs on "Limited Accounts"

[[Error message "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" when you right-click a folder.]]

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Wes,

Many thanks. Problem solved - caused by a corrupt context-menu entry.
