RGB NO INPUT SIGNAL

Hi to all you Tech Wizards, I'm Old Duffer trying to get the best out of my
PC but keep getting error message up RGB NO INPUT SIGNAL . what doe's this
mean and how do fix the problem. Thanks

Your monitor is not getting a output from the video card inside your PC.
With power off, check that the monitor cable is fully inserted and the
retaining screws are not loose at both ends.
