Reviewing-2 issues

Word 2002:
1. I thought there was a dialog box I could use for
accepting and rejecting tracked changes instead of using
the reviewing toolbar; I can't find it. How do I access
it?
2. When I am using the reviewing toolbar arrow (for next
tracked change), it is turning on the Show Formatting
button. That makes more clutter in the on-screen
document already cluttered with tracking marks. How do I
avoid that?
Thanks,
Bob Adler

For #1, use the ToolsReviewRevisions command. You can use Tools - Customize
to assign it to a menu, toolbar, key, etc.

For #2, when you use the ToolsReviewRevisions command, it leaves Show
Formatting alone.

Herb, thanks, but I don't have a ReviewRevisions command
on my Tools menu; only TrackChanges. that opens the
Reviewing toolbar, not a dialog box.
I'm probably not understanding your message.
Thanks, again.
