Restricted Site settings in Security don't work

I am rynning Windows XP on an HP Pavillion 753N Desktop. I am trying to restrict some sites ad I go to Tools, Internet options, Security, Restricted sites and enter the URL I want blocked I click default which gives me a High settings and click OK but no URL that I enter is blocked. What am I missing?

Hi Lou,

You should be using a HOSTS file to block a URL or it has to be done through firewall.
