Restore task pane to its original location

I moved the Task Pane from its original location. Now the slide and part of
the Notes pane is covered and I cannot restore it. Currently the Task Pane
is spread across the top of the screen just below the Toolbars and takes up
too much room.

There are four gray dots next to the title of your task pane (Getting
Started when you first start PowerPoint). You can drag the task pane by
these four dots. I found it to be a bit tricky to move because when the
task pane is on the top and you try to drag it to the right, it doesn't
work. You want to drag down first, and you should see it change to a
floating toolbar. With a couple of attempts, you should be able to drag it
to the right until it anchors itself on the right side of the window where
you are used to seeing it.

I usually have to drag it almost clear off the right side of the screen
before it jumps into place. (Just an FYI for the original poster.)
