Request: A8N-E USB 2.0 drivers

Hi everyone. I've just got a new PC with an ASUS A8N-E mobo, but the
driver and utilities CD is missing. I've downloaded all drivers and
utilities I need from http://support.asus.com, except the USB 2.0
module driver, which is just not there.

I've also downloaded some files from
ftp://ftp.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/usb20/ (those whose name seemed
reasonable to me) but Windows keeps telling me that no suitable driver
could be found on those files. I'm using Windows XP x64, BTW.

I would like to avoid another trip to the shop just to get this driver,
so please, if it's not too much to ask and the files are small, could
someone who has an A8N-E send me this driver to
(e-mail address removed)

Of course, a link this file on some web page would be great, too.

Thanks in advance.

I have this motherboard and I can't find any USB drivers on the CD.

But Windows XP SP1 and x64 do not need drivers for USB 2.0 as they have
native USB support - just plug your device in and you're good to go.

You don't need any drivers for USB 2.0 in XP, they're built into the OS.

you need XP sp1 or sp2 for usb2 support
the original version of XP does not support usb2
you need to download the drivers from microsoft update site
for that version
