replacement windows logon

for the past few days, the boot process of WinXPPro has become longer, up to
4 min. I went into repair mode and it said i have a "replacement windows
logon" which would not be compatiable when i reinstall windows.

After reinstalling windows, the boot process was the same. After the
Start-up screen (the one with the progress bar), it goes to a black screen
and displays my mouse pointer and thats it. It satys on here for about 3
min. After that the desktop displays normally.

I have cleaned my regitry and scanned for adware. Ive checked everywhere to
see if i have a program that may have been a "replacement windows logon" but
cant find anyhting. How can i get rid of this or install the orginal windows
logon?
