REPLACED system32 files, how can i get them back?

Installed FMReader a program that uses audio and it replaced some of my
system32 files with older ones now game's sound skip. Where can I get a list
of system32 files and how can I recover all system32 files I REPLACED? Please
help.

Try this:

From Start>Run type the following:

sfc /scannow

You will need to have your XP CD to hand.
