Renaming administrator's account

Hi,

Can anyone guide me with the proper procedure of renaming
the administrator's account in Windows 2000 domain
integrated with active directory.

For security reasons I want to rename the administrators
account and change the password.

You can accomplish this via a GPO.

PSS ID number 260715 before you perform this operation.
