removing unnecessary bdcs

NetGear

Hi,

I have two offline NT backup domain controllers that I took offline before I
did an in-place upgrade to my NT domain to Windows 2000 AD.

These machines have not been connected to the network after the upgrade
process.

Now my AD has been running with no problems about a month and I'd like to
remove these unnecessary domain controller accounts from the ad database.

Is there something else that should be done or can I just delete the
accounts from the domain controllers OU?

NetGear, I believe you'll be better served by posting this question to the
WindowsNT.Domain newsgroup forum.

You should be able to remove them, doing metadata cleanup as necessary.

And yes, this question is better asked in the domains groups
