Decommission old BDCs

I have upgraded Windows NT domain to Active Directory. There are still a few
BDCs left in the domain. We want to wipe out these BDCs and install W2K in
the domain as member servers.
What do I have to do to remove the old BDCs from Active Directory? Delete
the computer names from Domain Controllers OU. Is that all I have to do?
Thanks,

yes - that should be enough. NT BDCs are not members of replication in
the Windows 2003 style so You can just switch them off.
