Remove TCP/IP WIN2K

I am trying to remove the TCP/IP. So I can reinstall it
to clear up a socket error problem. I've removed WINSOCK
and WINSOCK2 already.

The system will not complete the task because "tcp/ip is
still required by another component which must be
uninsxtalled first."

The component referenced is "Simple TCP/IP services."

How do I locate this reference and delete it???

Add/RemovePrograms/Add/RemoveWindowsComponents/OtherNetworkFile&PrintService
s: uninstall Print Services for UN*X.
