Remote Desktop Logs User Off

Hello,

We have a user in our office who, when he disconnects a remote desktop
session to his computer, is logged off his machine even though he left it
locked. When other users log into his machine and use remote desktop, they
are *not* logged off when they disconnect from the session. We have tried
reformatting his machine with no success.

Any ideas?

Recreate his profile.

Then try to do it as this user. If you have success - then it is something
the user is doing.

Disconnecting does not not do a logoff by design.

The remote user should logoff then disconnect (or wait a few seconds and
they will be disconnected).

You can shutdown a machine remotely using Ctrl-Alt-End.
