Remote Desktop doesn't close out session

I have one machine were the user is trying to log out of Terminal
Session but it just hangs so it only gets terminated by the TS server
when the inactivity time had expired. This user can log on on any
other machine, log on to TS, do their thing and log off without any
problems so I know it's not the TS but the Remote Desktop client
itself.

I've been searching this group and others for ways to un-install RD
and then re-install but is sounds like it's not possible...(or is
it???). Add/Remote Programs doesn't show nor does Add/Remote Windows
Components.

Few things that I've done:
* ran XP updates
* upgrade Remote Desktop to 6
* scan for viruses (you never know)
* update network, video drivers

As I was typing I thought of another test. I logged on the
questionable machine, logged on to the TS and logged back off without
problems so now I'm thinking it could be his profile on the machine.

Anybody have idea's for a fix?

Thank you.

Issue resolved.

For all who may experience something close to what I've described
below the problem was the print drivers. This group of Terminal
Server users use an HP 2420DN to print from our ERP Software. (ERP is
hosted at corporate and the only option is to use Remote Desktop to
allow our remote office access.) Once I changed the driver from PCL6
to PCL5e all was well. Printing worked and sessions closed out fast.
I hope this helps someone.
