Remote Desktop for Win 2000 Pro

Conan Kelly

Hello all,

It doesn't appear that Win 2000 Professional has Remote Desktop. I guess that It was introduced with XP?

Is there anyway to add RD capabilities (w/o going to 3rd party software--i.e. pc Anywhere).

Thanks for any help anyone can provide,

Conan Kelly

You can download the remote desktop client from microsoft's website.
There's no need to use Netmeeting. Here is the link:

Adam,

Thanks for the feed back.

I tried this. I have not yet tested it to see if it will work, but it appears that this will give me the ability to RD into another
machine from this Win 2000 Pro machine.

But will it give me the ability to RD into this Win 2000 Pro machine? That is what I'm looking for.

Thanks agian for all of your help,

Conan Kelly
