Remote Desktop connection asks for Username and password

Hi to all,
I have a lan with two PCs which are connected with one cross cable.
the one has the ip 10.0.0.1 and the other has the 10.0.0.2
So my problem is when i want to connect to 10.0.0.2,Remote desktop
connection asks for username and password which I DONT USE at all to 10.0.0.2
As a conclusion i cant logon to PC.

Why asks for username and password since i dont use?

I have created a password to the other pc , i restarted and everything is ok.
