hey all,
when i try to get user to invite me to assist the user receives message:
"Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation"

What does the user need to do to be able to invite someone?

can i do this myself in group policies?

thanks,

Can we assume you've checked to see that Allow Remote Assistance invitations
is enabled?

I'm having the same problem with both sending and receiving Remote Assistance
requests. An error message pops up that reads, "Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation."

I've enabled Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop, and have checked the
Group Policies. I've also looked at the IE settings, but couldn't see
anything that would help.

Is there some setting that could be blocking Remote Assistance?

Thanks,

Jack
