Remote Assistance Laumch Method

Is there a method to launch a remote assistance session via a webpage instead of having to enter a hostname into the Help and Support center GUI. Currently help and support center launches the Remote Assistance GUI by calling "hcp://CN=Microsoft%%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/unsolicitedrcui.htm

Can this dependancy be removed and a remote assistance session establised by calling the CLSID and launch method via vbscript or jscript ?

No, otherwise you would compromise the Remote Assistance security features.
