I am trying to use a taskpad view in AD Users and Computers to offer remote
assistance to users who supply thier Hostname or part of their hostname to a
helpdesk worker.
A view of Computers is set up as a taskpad of Users and Computers. And a
task is set up to run:
%windir%\explorer.exe Inthe command line
with
"hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm" in the parameter field.
This calls up the remote assistance url fine. what I want to achive is the
parameter of selected computer name $COL<0> being parsed to the remote
assistance page so that it goes into the computername/ipaddress field.
Anyone know of a meathod to achive this.
