Registry Security file corruption

Had a power failure while using computer. Now when
starting computergoes through startup then error mesage

Stop: c0000218 {registry file falure} and mentions the
file name SECURITY and that file is corrupt or unreadable
etc. Then the computer does a dump of physical memory and
then reboots again and again. Tried to repair with boot
disk, no luck. What can I Do?
