I have a dell computer dimension with Windows XP SP3 English version running
on it and MSSQL 2005 express edition. I also have an application called exact
running on the pc but each time I start a particular task in the EXACT
application I get the following error messages:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 06-Nov-08
Time: 10:50:19
User: N/A
Computer: MICHAELHAICK
Description:
Application popup: EFENTRY.exe - Application Error: The instruction at
"0x31117ab5" referenced memory at "0x01144da4". The memory could not be
"read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

Can anyone please help me get this error message resolved? I thought it was
a hardware problem but the memory have been replaced a new hard disc
installed and XP reinstalled yet I keep on getting this message. Can someone
one help please?

Why not contact Exact Software and ask them what it means ?
The error is in one of their pieces of code.
