Recycling Bin

I am having trouble deleting the items in my Recycling
Bin. I am receiving a message that says "Cannot remove
folder Dc88. The Directory is not empty." I have no idea
what this means. I can't find the folder "Dc88" anywhere
and I'm simply trying to get rid of what's in the
Recycling Bin. I'm hoping somebody might have the answer
here and possibly a step-by-step procedure to fix the
problem. Thanks so much, much obliged.
