Recurring Error Message

I keep getting the following error message when I am
trying to access some websites:
Cicero UI Wndframe:ybrowser.exe- Entry point not found.
The procedure entry point GetRequested Runtime Info could
not be located in the dynamic link library mscoree.dll.
Please--Can anyone help? Thanks.

Here's what the normal answer to this error is:

"This error is caused by the "Speech and Handwriting Recognition"
feature of MS Office. You can turn this feature off by going to the
Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel. Click on the entry for MS
Office and then on "Change". Browse to "Office Shared Features,"
"Alternative User Input," and make Speech and Handwriting Recognition
(both) "Not available" from the drop-down box."

I'm not sure why it is conflicting with your Yahoo browser. Try doing
the above and see if that helps. If not, please post back with the
results.
