Recurrent Pop-up WIndow

The "Enter Network Password" window pops up spontaneously and repeatedly at
least once every 30 minutes. I have a standalone desktop Hp pavilion 763c
computer with 1 GB RAM, using Windows XP, Home Edition, SP2. I am connected
to the Internet with SBCglobal.net DSL. I also use Zone Alarm and Norton
Anivirus. My ISP could not fix the problem and states it is a Microsft
Windows XP probelm.
Any advice?

I have the exact same problem but its even more frequent! My PC is different
but the pop up interferes with everything!
