REBOOT ?????

Everytime I try to log into my internet provider, Earthlink, my computer
reboots as soon as my provider has checked my login information. I
absolutely cannot get in. I have tried both through my network card (DSL),
and through dial up. I loaded an AOL dial up account and tried that and the
same thing happened. I have tried every kind of scan I know of: McAfee,
Spybot, AdAware. Stinger - all the latest updates. Please help me.
