Can't stop auto dial.

Everytime I log on, my system dials the internet. IE does not start, just the dial up. I unchecked the auto connect in my network places/properties/advanced/dial up etc, but it did not make any difference.
I tried to check auto dial addresses, but there weren't any. When I type rasautou -s at the command prompt, I get a small black window for half a second then it disappears.
I am current with norton, adaware and just finished running spybot.
What do I do now?

Well I'm not sure but if you mean your not using dialup
at all and using high speed DSL or Cable, then go to your
network Connections, look for a dialup item, delete it,
and secondly right click on your high speed connection
make it the default.

Best run your spyware programs ...and do it quick.
Try Ad-aware and Spy bot S&D to start with..

perhaps this help u also...

i had the same problem after setting up my hom network. what i did to solve
the problem with rasautou.exe auto dial up was to run the "configure a home
network..." and choose "no internet connection for this network". then it
stopped autodialing! i have no idea how - but it worked.
