Real-Time Protection

Why is it that under the main screen for real time
protection, it says all are active, but when you click on
specifics, i.e. internet, system, applications, there is
nothing under any of them them except Internet where
there is a Host File, but to the left it says inactive.
I try to click on the "activate" button, and nothing
happens. I have down loaded the application multiple
times, run all the updates, etc. There was a bunch of
things under there when I first down loaded the product.
Any Help Would Be Great! (I am running Windows XP)
Thanks
Jason

Open a command prompt window, and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbsm60.dll

then restart Windows.

Do you by any chance have a Norton/Symantec product on your PC?

I attempted as you said. The message I got was Load
Library Failed (msvbsm60.dll).

Yes I do have norton products on my computer. I did
attempt to turn off the antivirus and firewall during
installation, and this did not have an effect.
These products were on the computer when it orginally
installed and was working, just came home one day and no
longer there.

Maybe this info will help.
Thanks again!
