reactivate xp

How do I reload XP home then reactivate it. Microsoft says
it has been activated already.

If you are reloading it on the same computer as it was originally
installed then this should not be a problem.

However if you have made hardware changes to the computer since the
install, or if you are moving the license to a different computer then
this type of message would be a possibility.

Your option in this situation is to choose the option to "activate by
telephone" and then call the number that is displayed on the screen.
