re-vamp the retailers ratings!

This is what a retailer section looks like so far: (Please don't post anything on the test site)

I am still working on a few parts of the code, to include:

  • Allow rating only to members (stops fake votes)
  • Add general information to customers with problems (Muck's article on SoG act etc..)
  • Allow retailer representatives access to specific forum (no moderation ability, but highlighted responses)
  • Anything other sensible suggestions ;)
